Before you can use our O2 Active & Picture messaging services, it is important that you have a compatible phone and then that your phone has the correct settings.

These services should work automatically on new phones. If you are having problems however, then fill in your information below and your settings will be delivered to you by text message which you must save. Please note that I-mode customers do not require these settings.
