O2 introduces free calls and texts for prepay customers
Tuesday 24th March 2009: O2 launches a new version of its O2 Experience price plan for prepay customers offering unlimited free calls and texts. The new O2 Experience price plan is now available and will offer customers the option to avail of either unlimited free calls and texts to any O2 number at any time or unlimited texts to any Irish mobile network at any time.
The new "O2 Experience" prepay price plan offers users the ability to sign up to:
- "O2 Experience Plus" which offers free O2 calls and texts when customers top up by €20 per month
- "O2 Experience More" where customers can avail of unlimited free texts to any Irish mobile network when they top up by €20 per month
The two options with the new O2 Experience price plan are available to existing and new prepay customers, enabling them to tailor the plan to how they use their phone.
Customers wishing to avail of O2 Experience with free O2 calls and texts can freetext 'PLUS' to 50308. Those looking to avail of unlimited texts to any Irish mobile network at any time can freetext "MORE" to 50308. Customers can also log on to o2.ie or visit any O2 store nationwide.
