Q. My SIM card is not working anymore. Is there any way I can retain the information that was on it?

A. Unfortunately, all information stored on your SIM card will be lost if your original SIM card is damaged or lost.

Q. My phone has been lost/stolen. What should I do?

A. To report your mobile lost or stolen, dial 1909 from another O2 mobile, or from any landline in Ireland. If you are abroad please dial 00 353 61 203501. You will need to report the loss or theft to the police and O2 customer care within 24 hours in order to proceed with any insurance claims.
