What do I need to install my Business Email?
- A working version of Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Small Business Server (2003 or later is recommended)
- Enough memory on the server (1.5GB or higher is recommended)
- To ensure your server isn't already maxed out (under 40% utilisation is recommended)
- The necessary server permissions (domain administrator rights)
We'll need you to confirm these and other details with your O2 Account Manager when you place your order.
Before the set up takes place
We'll call you to confirm the details provided and ensure the O2 Mobile Email Expert has everything they will need to complete the install.
To prove the set up works, our experts will configure a minimum of two devices, and will give someone you nominate some essential server administration training
