We also offer you help & support for the following BlackBerry Smartphones which we no longer sell. For each Smartphone we have given you instructions on how to download the desktop software and handheld software.

Installing BlackBerry® desktop software

Install the BlackBerry Desktop Software using the BlackBerry User Tools CD or click on the appropriate link above

• Step 1: Insert the BlackBerry User Tools CD into the CD drive of your computer.
• Step 2: If your computer is not set to run CDs automatically, a dialog box appears. Double-click start.exe.
• Step 3: If the Choose Setup Language dialog box appears, click a language. Click Begin.
• Step 4: On the main menu, click BlackBerry Desktop Software
• Step 5: Click Install BlackBerry Desktop Software.
• Step 6: Complete the on-screen instructions

Installing BlackBerry Handheld Software

For reloading the BlackBerry handheld code onto your device, please follow these simple instructions.
Make sure you've loaded the BlackBerry desktop software, included in the box, onto your PC (When installing the BlackBerry desktop software, please select the option to integrate with a new email or existing Internet Service Provider (ISP) email account.
If you don’t have the CD then click on the appropriate link above

If you have the BlackBerry Desktop software open on your PC, please close it before downloading the software.

• Step 1: Click on the desired handheld software link to download the software and follow the installation wizard.
• Step 2: Open the BlackBerry Desktop Software and connect your BlackBerry to your PC
• Step 3: If you'd like to keep any of the data that's already on your BlackBerry, and restore after reloading the handheld software, select the Back up and Restore option, and select Back up. If you'd prefer not to keep any of the data on your BlackBerry, follow Step 4.
• Step 4: From the BlackBerry Desktop Manager > double-click Application Loader icon. The Application Loader wizard appears.
• Step 5: Click Next. The Handheld Application Selection window appears.
• Step 6: In the Handheld Application Selection window, ensure the appropriate applications are selected and click Next.
• Step 7: The Completing the Application Loader Wizard appears, and states no actions required. Click Advanced.
• Step 8: In the Handheld Data Preservation window, select Erase all application data and Erase all currently installed applications and click Next.
• Step 9: Click Finish. The handheld resets.
