General
- All prices quoted ex VAT.
- Rates shown per minutes but calls billed on per second increments and texts billed on per event basis (unless stated otherwise)
- Calls to voicemail outside a bundle are 12c per minute

- Any existing SME pay monthly customer who is within or out of contract can switch to any of the new price plans at any time. All customers who want to change to a new plan will be committing to a further 12 or 18 month minimum contract.
O2 Release
Unlimited voice minutes apply to calls to Irish mobile numbers and Irish landline numbers (including landlines in Northern Ireland) whilst in the Republic of Ireland.
Unlimited texts apply to texts sent to Irish mobile numbers and Irish landline numbers whilst in the Republic of Ireland only.

Smartphone 1GB of data
1GB of data €10 ex VAT/mth for Smartphones (including Palm Pre and iPhone) and free Wifi access as part of the monthly service charge. Data use in excess of the 1GB allowance will be charged at 1.65c ex VAT per MB. The inclusive data allowance does not cover data roaming.
Open minute plans
Call rates exclude: calls to international numbers, roaming calls, calls to voicemail, Premium Rate calls, Directory Enquiries, MMS calls.
Inclusive minute plans
Inclusive texts
Inclusive texts are to any Irish mobile network and international destinations. Excludes texts sent to premium numbers, or texts sent while roaming. Standard text rate is 8c per text for any texts outside a bundle.
Business Time
For Business Time, unused minutes from your bundle each month will not be carried into the following month
Calls included in inclusive minutes:
- Calls to any Irish landline and mobile at any time
- Calls to voicemail
- Calls made to Irish/UK numbers while roaming in the UK on O2 UK
- Call Forwards to Irish landlines and mobiles
- Calls to Fax and Data numbers
- Groupworker calls
Calls excluded from inclusive minutes:
- Calls to international numbers
- Roaming calls outside of O2 UK
- Premium Rate calls
- Directory Enquiries calls
