Inclusive minute plan terms and conditions

• All prices quoted are ex VAT.
• Calls are billed on a per second increment (unless otherwise stated).
• Texts are billed on a per event basis (unless otherwise stated).
• Peak rate is 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
• Off-peak rate is 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday, weekends and public holidays.
• You can carry over unused minutes from your bundle each month (no expiry), up to the maximum of the (Global) Timeshare of Timesolo minutes you have been allocated.

Timeshare & Timesolo

Included in bundle minutes: Data, Fax, WAP (CSD), Call forwards, Group worker

Not included in bundle minutes: Calls to International numbers, Roaming calls other than those on O2 UK, Premium rate calls, Directory enquiries, SMS, Picture messaging. The number of recommended users on Timeshare price plans are a guide only. A customer's usage requirements are an equally important factor in deciding the most suitable price plan.

Global timeshare & Global timesolo

Included in bundle minutes: Data. Fax, WAP (CSD), Call forwards, Group worker. For calls to Ireland whilst roaming in the UK & Northern Ireland, you must select the O2 UK network.

Not included in bundle minutes: Calls to international numbers other than those listed in each Global price plan table. Roaming calls other than on O2 UK: Calls received whilst roaming on O2 UK in Northern Ireland (which are free); Premium rate calls, Directory enquiries, SMS, Picture messaging.

Business call saver

• All calls between intra-company mobiles and calls to nominated Landline numbers are rated at 10c per minute (ex VAT).
• On Timershare 5000 and Global timeshare 5000 all calls to Landline numbers are rated 10c (ex VAT).
• O2, Vodafone, 3 or Meteor mobile numbers cannot be nominated in the place of Landline Business call saver numbers.
• For Timesolo 100, Global timesolo 100, Timesolo 250, and Global timesolo 250, multiple users under the same account can nominate different Landline Business call saver numbers (i.e. 5 users x 2 Landline numbers = 10 different landline numbers).
• For Timeshare 500, Timeshare 1000, Timeshare 2500, Timeshare 5000, Global timeshare 500, Global timeshare 1000, Global timeshare 2500, and Global timeshare 5000, multiple users under the same account must nominate the same Landline Business call saver numbers (i.e. Landline numbers are nominated at Account level as opposed to User level).
