How can I get a Text bundle?
Speak easy customers
- You can set up and cancel Text bundles through My Account online. You can also set up Text bundles directly on your phone.
- Type *105# on your mobile and press send and follow instructions.
- The cost will be deducted from your credit each month.
- Check the number of texts you have remaining by tying *106# and press send.
- Each month we will send you a reminder text to make sure you have enough credit to receive your bundle.
- To unsubscribe at any time simply type *105# and follow instructions.
- Unused texts can be carried over for up to 6 months.

How can I get a Text bundle?
Pay monthly customers
- You can set up and cancel Text bundles through My Account online.
- You can also call customer care on 1909 and ask for the 100, 200, 300 or 400 'text add on' to be added to, or removed from your account.
- Each month you will receive a new bundle of texts and the amount will appear on your monthly bill.
- Unused texts will automatically be carried over to the following month (up to the same number of monthly inclusive texts in your Add on).
