Step by step guide
- Free phone 1743 from your O2 mobile
- If you have a PIN number on your account you will be asked for this (this is a voluntary security feature). Otherwise, you'll simply be asked for your date of birth
- You'll then be asked for the mobile number of the person you wish to top up
- If you are an O2 Pay monthly customer you will be asked to choose to put the credit on your Credit/Laser card or your O2 bill. Just pick the value of credit you would like to give and wait for your transaction to be confirmed.
- If you are a Speak easy customer you must register your credit card and then use your secure access code to top up. Again, just pick the value of credit you would like to give and wait for your transaction to be confirmed.
- Both the person who requested the top up and the person who gave the credit will receive a confirmation text message when everything is processed.
