Note: You will be required to enter into a new 18 month minimum term pay monthly agreement with O2 on an applicable smart phone tariff. It is a requirement that when purchasing the Palm Pre that you pay your monthly bill by bank direct debit or credit card direct debit if you are not already doing so.

You can keep multiple applications open, and instantly move from one to another, allowing you to switch quickly between your contacts, your calendar, web browsings and any other applications. It’s like flicking through a deck of cards.
User interface that reacts instinctively
Pre has a multi-touch interface that responds to natural gestures, making for effortless navigation. And finding what you need is easy with universal search* - as you type what you're looking for, Pre narrows your search and offers results from both your phone and the web.

Layered Calendars and Linked contacts
Palm Pre uses the Palm Synergy™ feature, which brings all of your calendars together so you can view your day in one go. And if you have the same contacts in different places, Palm Pre can link them together, so it’s easy to find what you need.
Intuitive notifications
When important things come up or new updates arrive, you'll receive notifications in a way that’s very different from other mobiles. For example, if you receive a text or email, a notifications bar at the bottom of your screen lets you deal with it right away or leave until later. It’s always one step ahead, making sure you never miss a thing, but without losing your place.
Photos, Music and Videos
Take great pictures with the built-in camera and flash. Watch a video on the vibrant colour touchscreen. Buy songs from your preferred MP3 store and listen using the built-in music player. Plus, use the Palm media sync* feature to transfer your music, podcasts, photos, and more to your Pre.

Applications
Get applications by browsing the catalogue on your Palm Pre, and then download them over the air directly to your phone. Apps designed for the Palm webOS™ platform are integrated with other apps on the phone. Buy movie tickets, for example, and you can add the times right to your calendar.
Email, Wi-Fi and GPS
Check personal email accounts and take advantage of Wi-Fi hotspots. And look up directions or nearby points of interest using GPS. It's everything you need when you're on the go.
