Handset Locking
Your mobile phone is restricted to use on the O2 Ireland network. If you terminate your Pre-Pay service with us, or do not remain on one of our dedicated tariffs for iPhone, only the ipod function on your mobile phone will work. If you attempt to unlock your mobile phone and use on another network, it may become permanently unusable. This amends section 9.2 of the O2 Speakeasy terms.

- To avail of this price plan you must sign up to O2 Experience Plus by February 28th 2010. Whilst O2 will endeavour to update your price plan without delay please allow 2 working days for price plan to be switched over.
- To receive unlimited free texts and calls to O2 mobiles and a flat rate of 30c for calls to other Irish mobiles and landlines you must top up by €20 in one go every 30 days. Please allow 24 hours for the first top up to take effect.
- Unlimited free texts and calls are to any O2 mobiles, exclude roaming and are subject to fair usage requirements.
- If you don't top up by €20 in one payment then texts to Irish mobiles will cost 13c and a flat rate of 35c applies for calls to Irish landlines and mobiles.

Moving your contacts
For new iPhone customers only
Using a Mac
Move your mobile contacts into your Address Book, Entourage, or Yahoo! Address Book on the web on your Mac. Using iSync and a Bluetooth connection or USB cable is one way to move contacts from your existing mobile phone over to your Mac.
You may need to download an iSync plug in from your mobile handset manufacturer. A list of compatible devices and known plug ins is available here
Using a PC
Move your mobile contacts into Outlook or Outlook Express on your PC. You can either type them into the applications or you can use the software and data cable provided with your current mobile phone to export them.
If you have misplaced the PC suite CD-ROM, these are available for download or purchase from the manufacturer's website and data cables are available from www.o2.ie/accessories.
When you have finished the activation process, your contacts will sync from your PC to your iPhone.
