The Christmas Offer applies to qualifying prepay phones that are purchased between 2/11/09 and 31/12/09. The Christmas Offer excludes O2 prepay phones that are purchased as part of any separate O2 free handset offer.
To qualify for the Christmas Offer you must (1) Register the Purchase; (2) fulfill the Top Up Requirements and Usage Requirements; and (3) comply with the Redemption Requirements:
- Register the Purchase: You must register the purchase on www.o2.ie/twice between 6/1/2010 and 31/1/2010 and provide the requested details. This will include the mobile phone number that will be used with the purchased phone and the phones serial number (also known as the 'IMEI'). You can only register the purchased phone and the associated mobile number once. We will provide you with an email confirmation that your purchase has been validated. This email will include full details on Top Up Requirements, Usage Requirements and Redemption Requirements.
- Top Up Requirements and Usage Requirements: To avail of the offer you will also need to Top Up your O2 prepay phone by €20 per month for 7 consecutive months between January and July 2010 and have made one call or sent a text in that period from the registered phone and associated registered mobile number. (Please note that the Top Up Requirements exclude any call credit provided as part of this or any other O2 promotional offer).
- Redemption Requirements: The redemption period commences on 1/8/2010 and closes on 31/8/2010. When you register the purchase you will receive full redemption instructions by email. You must redeem the offer between 1/8/2010 and 31/8/2010 via www.o2.ie/twice (Redemption is only available via www.o2.ie/twice. Please note that redemption is not available through O2 retail stores, Carphone Warehouse stores or by any other means - Delivery is within ROI only).
The free prepay phone provided under the offer will be equal to the value of the registered purchase up to a maximum of €100. If you choose a free prepay phone of lesser value than the registered purchase then you are not entitled to any remaining balance. If you wish to avail of a phone of greater value than the registered purchase or one which exceeds €100 then you will be required to pay the balance. Cash alternatives are not available. You will not be entitled to any bonus call credit on your free prepay phone.

O2 will not be responsible in circumstances where you fail (for any reason) to meet the qualifying criteria for the Christmas Offer (see above details on Registration and Top Up and Usage Requirements) or where the Redemption Requirements are not met in the required time period for any reason.
