What if I didn’t buy my phone from O2?

If your phone was not supplied by O2, you may find that your handset is locked. Contact your existing mobile operator to get your unlock code, so you can use your phone with one of the O2 SIMs.

O2 Clear SIM cards are only available to new customers or existing customers who have served the minimum term of their existing O2 contract.

What do Inclusive Minutes on my O2 Clear SIM Cards plan mean?

Inclusive minutes include calls made to voicemail, any Irish mobile network, and Irish landlines (Including landlines in Northern Ireland) from within the Republic of Ireland at any time.

Inclusive texts can be used for texts sent to Irish mobile numbers and Irish landline numbers whilst in the Republic of Ireland only.

Any unused inclusive voice minutes and/or inclusive texts will not be carried forward to the following month. Any existing customer transferring to an O2 Clear price plan will lose any accrued allowances.

What do Unlimited Minutes on my O2 Clear SIM Cards plan mean?

Unlimited O2 to O2 minutes and texts apply to calls made to and texts sent to O2 Ireland mobile numbers at anytime whilst in the Republic of Ireland only.
Unlimited calls to landlines applies to calls made to Irish landlines at anytime whilst in the Republic of Ireland only.
Fair usage applies with O2 Clear Unlimited plans

Unless otherwise stated, call prices include VAT, are quoted by the minute, and are charged in one second increments. All rates are rounded to the nearest cent for presentation purposes. A detailed list of all potential charges with O2 SIMs is available here..
